WELCOME
We would like to welcome Jessica Joyce to the Fitness Together family. We have grown to an eclectic team of 4 certified personal trainers just in time to celebrate our 3rd anniversary! We are proud to be growing in a tough economical climate. If anyone is going to do it, it's FT Apple Valley!

We Welcome you Jessica!!!
I just wanted to say last night I had my first workout session with Jessica and it was great!!!! I feel like she is a good fit for the FT Family. She gave me some great pointers during my session and some things to think about and work on when I am not there. I left feeling like I had a awesome workout as I always do no matter which trainer I had that day!!! I want to thank you all for doing your best at keeping me on track.
