I cannot believe this , but here I am having just gotten off of the phone with the same person who set our 2 week weight loss record....
Today I learned that she has now dropped 19.5 lbs in 30 days! That is 5 pounds per week! Again, it's times like this that make the sweat and hard work all worth while.

I'm not suprised by this clients recent weight loss. This client is extremely motivated, and using the tools we have provided for them. The client does cardio 6x per week for 30 minutes, gives 100% in their workouts, and plans meals on Vitabot. This client will have some awesome before and after photos.
Thanks to Thomas, Joe, Clinton & Brandon for all the motivation and of course awesome training! It has been a lot of hard work, but well worth it. I am not a patient person and realized very early on that the more effort I put into it, the quicker I would see results, and so I am giving it my all, every day - no excuses. The diet, the training sessions, and working out on my own EVERY DAY. My new goal is 30 pounds in 6 weeks. For those of you keeping track that means 10.5 pounds more to lose, by March 5th. I will let you know what happens :)
I am happy that this person is having great success. At the beginning of my time, I thought it may happen for me too. I average about 2 pounds lost per month. So, while I am glad they are making progress, it is all the more depressing that I cannot make progress any faster than I am. Thus, for me, this is not a motivator at all.
Keep up the great work! This says a lot about your character, and one's true character shows when nobody is watching. Be proud, and thanks for being a leader!
For those of you who may be frustrated by not setting weight loss records keep up the hard work. Trust me when I say that your efforts don't go unnoticed. Who will be the next Client of the Month!
Congrats on dropping 19.5 pounds!! Whatever you are doing...don't stop, cause it's working for you.
Not everyone loses at the same rate but every pound is a success and I'm happy for your success...all 19.5 pounds of it.
Congrats to this client! Keep up the good work! The FT staff is great, but results like this are only feasible if the client actually does the recommended work!
Helen~ You ROCK! You probably just don't have as much room for improvement, you are already a STAR! Hang in there sister and keep with it! Remember what they always say...."muscle weighs more than fat!" :)
Hey Anonymous, how about leaving some tips as to why you are so successful! I'm sure people would love to hear it from someone else's mouth than ours :)
